Happy Hump Day!

Wow i keep forgetting to come over here and blog lol Ah well I have been kinda busy with work and life and all thats in between. Not too much going on ..keeping an eye out for my bf cuz he has been having chest pains and stuff - which is kinda scary. I think he might have something related to his cold. We've decided that if he isn't feeling any better by like Friday he is gonna go checked out. He doesn't seem to think it's his heart sooo.. if he says so i will go with it- he knows how he feels. I have told him to take it easy though.

so this morning my son had a 2 hour delay for rain? Seriously i'm not kidding. We did get like 3 inches of snow overnite but it had all melted by 6am when i got up. The roads were just wet at that point. Whatever. lol

so today i am gonna try & get some holiday shopping done- i am nowhere near being done. so mo lata!

Yes i have been a little lapse on blogging this week- i have had the creeping death flu thats going around. Still sick but going to venture on out into the sunset and go to work today- i need to spread the germs around haha At least now I am fever free so it's all good!

Dec 1st already? No way!

WOW - just now realizing I haven't blogged in several days- I totally forgot about it life has had me a little busy. It's a crazy time of year for alot of people. Holiday hustle and bustle is on. It was back to work yesterday for me and it is our busy time of year. It was a mad house zoo yesterday. Over 5000+ calls came in with people getting their calendars for 2010. The rush is on. It only gets busier as we get closer to the end of the month. January we play catch up on alot of off phone work and then February it starts to slow way down. Life in a call center- gotta love it- this is why i avoid the phone when i get home. Please leave a message after the tone okay?? Maybe if I feel like it I will call you back haha

Anyhooooo it's December 1st already- 24 more days till Christmas- 30 more days till the end of the year...where did the year go anyways? Wasn't it just Halloween? Anyhow- today I am off but I have a busy day ahead of me- laundry, bills, holiday shopping- you know the drill. Hopefully somewhere in there i can squeeze in a little nap time. fingers crossed.

Today i bake pies- the house will smell awesome- yay! I am looking forward to feasting with the family tomorrow- yes I am cooking! Just wanted to post a short blog to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving as I won't be blogging till Monday! Enjoy your Holiday!

The 1st day of my Thanksgiving week vacation...

i woke up...then i took a nice hot shower- and now i am doing many loads of laundry? WHAT? You have to be kidding??? This was not the day i had envisioned but none the less i don't have to go to work today so thats all good I guess. I do want to get some cleaning done today - my daughter is comming tomorrow nite for turkey day and this weekend we will put our tree up. Yadda yadda. I am looking forward to getting my gobble on. I am tasting the yummy turkey and mashed potatoes and gravy now..yum, yum yum!! Tomorrow I am baking Pies..so the house should smell really really good. I am looking forward to that. My son has a 1/2 day of school today and tomorrow then he is off till next Tuesday for the holiday.

So if anyone needs me today I am buried knee deep in fold and fluff- catch yas later!!

Goooooood Morning! I am in a great mood today!! I overslept this morning and literally had 15 minutes to get my son up and off to school before he missed his bus! He made it just in time & even ate breakfast- thank gawd for those microwave breakfast sandwiches! Go Mom!! haha Normally when i oversleep it just screws up my whole day but not today- I refuse to let anything mess up my day today! I am on vacation for the rest of the week starting at 6pm baby! Woooo to the hoooo!!! I am looking forward to 6 days of R&R and everything rolled in between!

so now i leave you with this- Was it me or did Adam Lambert totally suck at the AMA's last nite? I was mega disappointed in his performance..But Green day kicked arse! Love love Green Day! Jay Z & Alicia Keys - NY state of mind - excellent! Eminem and 50 cent- yay! All in all it was a good performance nite Adam blew it for me though.. not a great way to end the show.

TGIF! Only 2 more workdays for me till my 6 day vacation! yay! Today and Monday then I am off !!! Today we are having a Thanksgiving feast at work - turkey and all the trimmings plus dessert! YUM! Then they expect us all to work while we are in a turkey coma haha Should be a fun day anyways.
